Cherry Almond Granola

This granola is totally delicious with plain yogurt!

1 cup oats
1 cup barley flakes
1 1/2 cup kamut flakes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
chopped dried cherries
sliced almonds
chopped walnuts
sunflower seeds
grated unsweetened coconut or coconut flakes
crushed banana chips
Preheat Oven 350°C
Toss all the flakes together with the cinnamon and the melted coconut oil. Bake on a baking sheet with parchment paper for 10 mins, tossing the flakes halfway through. Remove from the oven and add the rest of the ingredients and toss. Put back in the oven for 10 minutes, stirring every few.
