Sandwiches in America


Ingredients:
Walnut Batard from Bouchon Bakery
Mild Salami
Tomme de Savoie
Grainy mustard

Method:
1. Ensure that all ingredients are all at room temperature and that the cheese is nice and sweaty.
2. Tear the bread open and smear with mustard.
3. Using a Swiss army knife if available, cut cheese and salami in large pieces.
4. Eat somewhere very natural like Point Reyes National Park, (aka sand mountain from hell).
*Optional ingredient: cornichons
