OOOOoooooh so soft and delicious. I can't wait to try this in some hot chocolate!
This is my 3rd time trying marshmallows and I think I may have finally found a good recipe!
I had some minor issues with the sugar syrup, hardening around the whisk while the machine was running. I saved it by quickly stopping the machine, snapping the sugar off and starting whipping again. The recipe is from the book Baked, the first recipe I have tried from this fantastic Brooklyn bakery. here
