The heaviest cake I ever made!

It seems that in this photo, I haven't yet tied the label to the ribbon. Now that I see this photo though, I really think I should have made some kind of border at the bottom, where the cake meets the board. Next time.
I think this is 2 layers of chocolate cake, 3 layers of vanilla cake, and a combination of raspberries, vanilla buttercream, and chocolate ganache fillings. YUM! This cake was so heavy I was worried the cake board would break. Sad part is, Daddy ended up in the hospital that day, with a bad reaction to shellfish and I don't think that he even ever tried his bday cake... No joke.
