This cake is a vanilla cake, filled with layers of lemon curd, strawberries and buttercream. I know...NOT winter ingredients in Ontario.This is one of my favourite wedding cakes because it was so classic looking, and the different ribbons were really pretty and added nice texture and height to the cake.
Here you can see some detail on the back. I closed the ribbons with little bows.
