I can't believe its already been 1 year since Jacey and Ryan got married. Here is a gateaux I made for their anniversary. It is decorated with colourful I-tal meringue, and the inside is lemon-poppy chiffon cake, filled with lemon curd, and masked with a lemon white chocolate cream cheese icing. Nice and light-ish...
