You need:
A mould
1 cup pate a bombe mixture
250 ml whipped cream
3 gelatin leaves
some snow sugar
Mix it all up and set overnight in the fridge in the mold.
The original recipe called for boiling hen's feet, and making your own almond milk. I don't have that much time, and i"m not amish so i couldn't get hen's feet, so I just made up this version for the occasion.
