Possibly the Best Ham and Cheese Sanwich Ever

To make the best ham and cheese sandwich ever, arrange the following ingredients in that order: baguette, grainy mustard, cornichons, cherry tomatoes, grated cheese (i used chevre noir, gruyere and smoked ghouda) on half of the baguette split lenghtwise and on the other half:
smoked ham, blanched asparagus, butter

Then put both baguette halves in the oven at 350 until the cheese is oozing and the ham is bubling. I broiled for the last 30 seconds.
